Can't Hardly Wait

Let me say this first...I love my family and love to do crafts. Now, that said, I am at the point where I just can't wait for the J&J Wedding: The Sequel is going to be over. Actually, I think we are all at that point. We are in the home stretch now with just a week and a half to go. I still have to make the guest book , find & buy jewelry & shoes, finish up those favors, blah, blah, blah. So, if I don't make a post in the next couple of weeks you will understand.

Sunshine and Ice Cream All Day Long

What a nice day! Despite waking up at the time I should be leaving for the ferry, it has been a pretty good day. Picked up the Dec-meister this morning and had a good boat ride listening to music, laughing, pointing out boats and birds and stuff. When we got the Grandma's he got to ride his new "big boy" bike then watched a bit of SharkTale. Then Dec-meister, Grandma and I ran to the bank and stopped for a quick ice cream at the DQ. What a sweet boy! He was all into sharing ice cream with me and Grandma. Very polite about it. My favorite though was when we were getting ready to go and he told Grandma "you first please". What a cute patoot! I am so glad that he understands the importance of asking, using nice words like please, thank you and your welcome.

What also makes this a good day is that Dec's daddy is picking him up early from the ferry so I will have time to drop him off and still get back to mom's in time to work on fitting my dress for the wedding and still not have to miss any part of Game 3 in the Stanley Cup. Go RedWings!
